Own the overall lean validation plan. Tracks and drives the validation progress of eDrive,eAxle,Hybrid system,eg. Ensures complete validation coverage of all requirements on all system levels(incl. system, componennt). Tracks overall test & validation content-DVP/R (internal & customer). Reports validation status to stakeholder and escalates to the right level. Connect Global testing team for test supporting.
Bachelor or above in mechatronics&electrical engineering or vehicle engineering with at least 5 years of professional experience in planning, organizing and operation of system test benches is necessary. Experience in handling product DVP. Solid experience and practice in R&D testing would be a big plus. Experience in automotive, transmission and powertrain technology and manual skills are required. Have a deeper knowledge with eDrive.
