Stack/tools: Nokia Mediation (or similar), Oracle SQL/PL-SQL, PostgreSQL, Unix, Shell/Bash, Python, Ansible; programming languages: C, C++, Perl, Java, XML; tools: BLT, Times Ten; containerization: Kubernetes, Docker (nice-to-have).
Execute end-to-end testing of mediation streams, including decoding files and creating test CDR data for scenario testing.
Perform performance and comparison testing using Nokia tools; troubleshoot and resolve complex mediation-system issues.
Write, test, and deliver high-quality workflows, nodes, streams, and functional tests; collaborate with cross-functional teams; contribute to process improvements.
Bachelor’s in CS, Electronics & Communications, or related field; strong software interest.
≥2 years’ experience with Nokia Mediation or similar mediation products.
Ability to independently code, test, and deliver workflows/nodes/streams and functional tests.
Strong telecom domain knowledge; excellent debugging and analytical skills.
Proficiency in Oracle SQL/PL-SQL, PostgreSQL, Unix; scripting (Shell, Bash, Python, Ansible); knowledge of C/C++, Perl, Java, XML.
Experience with Nokia Mediation installation, migration, and troubleshooting (plus).

As a Software Mediation Tester in our Telecom area, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and performance of Nokia Mediation systems and other mediation products. Working with a team of skilled professionals, you will validate complex telecom solutions through comprehensive testing methodologies.
Executing end-to-end testing of mediation streams, including decoding files and creating test CDR data for scenario testing; Performing performance testing and comparison testing using Nokia comparison tools; Troubleshooting and resolving complex issues in mediation systems; Writing code, testing and delivering high-quality workflows, nodes, streams, and functional tests; Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and integration of mediation solutions; Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives for testing processes and methodologies.
Your profile
