As a member of the team in the Healthcare domain, your primary job will be able to design and implementing testing automation framework.

We are looking for a Test Automation Leader with

Strong hands-on experience in Java, Selenium and Cucumber. Lead, mentor and guide a team of 8 – 10 test automation engineers, providing technical direction and performance feedback. Design, develop and maintain robust and scalable test automation frameworks using Java, Selenium and Cucumber on Linux-based environments. Define and implement automation strategy aligned with project goals and testing best practices Track and Report test metrics, coverage and automation progress to stakeholders Drive technical excellence and ensure high quality deliverables Identify and fix the integration issues of automation scripts. Work closely with development team, Test Architect and PO to ensure effective test coverage and early defect detection. Timely delivery of design and development work. Identify and report issue of application from daily automation results

Work Experience

Required Skills (Technical Competency)

9 – 12 years of experience in software testing. 8+ years of experience in Verification and Validation of engineering applications, with at least 2 years in team leadership or technical lead role preferably in Healthcare domain Proven expertise in Java, Selenium and Cucumber Experience in designing and developing test plans, test cases and generating test reports, defect reports and documentation. Experience in tools such as ALM, Clear Quest. Experience in performance and reliability frameworks. Experience in error guessing techniques, Smoke, Functional, Integration, Regression, Beta, Database, Exploratory Testing etc. Experience in preparing effective bug reports using defect tracking system and tracking them to closure. Excellent analytical, problem solving and communication skills. Experience in Linux platform Ability to work productively and efficiently in an agile environment. Ability to learn new technologies, software, and concepts quickly is essential.
