You will perform manual and automated testing, working closely with engineers, designers, and product managers to ensure the smooth, stable rollout of new features. As a key member of the QA team, you are responsible for driving Shippio's product quality through testing, automation, and continuous improvement. Responsibilities: - Test planning, test design, and test execution. - Coordinating the rollout of new features and updates. - Incident handling and troubleshooting bugs in production - Improving current development and testing processes. - Extending our automated E2E test suite to increase test coverage Highlights Go beyond testing by contributing your insights and opinions to product quality. - Enjoy a high degree of autonomy in a flat environment, with opportunities beyond traditional QA. - Grow your career in an international team while helping to build a global product. - Strengthen your knowledge of logistics processes

Requirements

・2年以上のSaaS WebアプリケーションのQA業務経験 (国際物流業界での実務経験がある場合にはこの限りではない) ・ビジネスレベル以上の日本語スキルと、基本的な英語スキル ・お客様のニーズと業務を理解するためのプロダクトマインド ・ブラウザ開発ツールを使用したネットワークリクエストとコンソールログのデバッグと分析の経験。 --- - At least 2 years of experience in QA of SaaS web applications. - At least basic experience with test automation tools (e.g., Playwright, Puppeteer). - Basic programming skills (e.g., JavaScript). - Proficiency in Japanese. Basic English skills. - A “product mindset” to guide your understanding of our customers' needs and operations. - Familiarity with browser developer tools to debug and analyze network requests and console logs.

Preferred Experiences

・テスト自動化ツール（例：Playwright、Puppeteer）の経験 ・アジャイル開発環境での業務経験 ・B2B SaaSやWeb ERPシステムのテスト経験 ・APIテストとREST APIの基本的な経験 ・国際物流業界での業務経験 ・基本的なプログラミングスキル（例：JavaScript） ・簡単なデータベースクエリを実行するためのSQLの基礎知識 ・顧客データの分離とセキュリティを確保するためのマルチテナントプラットフォームの経験 --- ・ Experience working in an Agile development environment. ・ Testing experience with B2B SaaS or web-based ERP systems. ・ Basic experience with API testing and REST APIs. ・ Experience in the logistics industry.
