Strategic Transformation Through Digital & Physical Innovation is Looking for

We are looking for a DevOps Automation Engineer to join a fast-growing, product-driven team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building scalable infrastructure, automating deployments, and working in multi-tenant, multi-region cloud environments.

You will work closely with engineering teams to design, build, and maintain reliable cloud infrastructure while continuously improving automation, security, and performance.What You’ll Do

Design, build, and manage cloud infrastructure on AWS and Google Cloud Automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitLab Manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes Support multi-tenant and multi-region application architectures Monitor system performance, reliability, and availability Collaborate with developers to improve deployment workflows Troubleshoot infrastructure and deployment issues Contribute to infrastructure best practices and documentation

Must-Have Skills

3–5 years of experience in DevOps / Cloud / Infrastructure Automation Strong hands-on experience with AWS Working experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) Experience with GitLab CI/CD Strong knowledge of Terraform (Infrastructure as Code) Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes Experience working with multi-tenant and/or multi-region architectures Good understanding of Linux systems and networking basics Strong communication skills and ability to work in a remote team

Nice-to-Have Skills

Experience with Kubernetes tools (Helm, ArgoCD, etc.) Experience with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, CloudWatch) Exposure to security best practices (IAM, secrets management) Experience working in startup or fast-paced product environments Scripting experience (Bash, Python, etc.) Cost optimization and cloud performance tuning experience
