Plan, execute, and certify flight test campaigns; serve as primary liaison among Flight Test, Design Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and regulatory bodies (FAA/DERs)
Develop and maintain Integrated Master Schedule; track flight test KPIs; manage budgets for instrumentation, telemetry, maintenance, and external ranges
Oversee test-vehicle configuration control; manage external sites, remote deployments, hangars, airspace coordination; lead daily stand-ups and program reviews; mitigate schedule risks
7+ years in flight test operations or flight test program management
Experience with aircraft development programs (Part 23/Part 25 preferred)
Deep FAA regulatory knowledge (14 CFR Part 21; flight test risk management)
Strong scheduling and issue-tracking proficiency (MS Project/Primavera/Smartsheet; Jira)
Complex logistics management (aircraft maintenance, remote sites)
Master’s in Flight Test Engineering or MBA
Graduate of Test Pilot School; Private Pilot License or higher
