Role & seniority: NDT Technician, Level 2 certification (mid-level, aerospace-focused)
Stack/tools: Non-destructive testing methods (aerospace), NDT equipment setup/calibration, inspection reporting software, Microsoft Office/data entry; familiarity with technical drawings, specs, and blueprints; awareness of FAA/EASA/industry standards (ASTM, ASME, NAS)
Perform and interpret NDT on aerospace components using approved methods; prepare parts before/after testing per work instructions
Calibrate/setup NDT equipment; conduct tests per procedures; interpret results and provide recommendations
Prepare detailed inspection reports, maintain documentation, ensure compliance with customer, company, and regulatory requirements; provide guidance to Level 1 inspectors
Current Level 2 NDT certification (NAS 410 or equivalent) or eligible
Ability to read technical drawings/specifications/blueprints; strong attention to detail
Proficiency with standard industry standards (ASTM/ASME/NAS) and FAA/EASA regulations
Independent worker with good problem-solving, analytical skills; effective communication; basic computer skills
2-4 years of aerospace NDT experience
FAA Repairman or Inspector Authorization (IA)
