Develop test strategies for new product features including identification, specification, design and qualification of test fixtures, test equipment and diagnostic software. Support the development of test content and solutions in Python. Collaborate with internal and external partners to debug Board and System level issues, including HW Design, Quality, Software Development Investigate and introduce new manufacturing test technology and methodology to improve production efficiency. Lead and advise a team of engineers to coordinate a product line. Guide teams in resolving technical problems. What we need to see: 6+ overall years of demonstrated ability with post silicon validation experience in Board or System related products. 2+ years of management experience or leading technical teams and projects. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or a related field Background with designing and implementing test plans for hardware products, including defining test methodologies, developing test scripts, and creating test fixtures. Experience working with manufacturing test programs at the boards or systems level. Experience with Python programming and bash scripting.
