Salary Range: $17.00 - $18.00 Hourly

Position Overview

• We’re hiring a Full-Time, In-Office Vehicle Photo Quality Control (QC) Specialist to review photo sets submitted by our remote photographers. This role requires strong computer skills, sharp attention to detail, and a consistently positive approach to teamwork and communication. If you're someone who enjoys working on a computer, spotting inconsistencies, and helping things run smoothly, you’ll be a great fit.

Key Responsibilities

• Review vehicle photo sets for image clarity, lighting, framing, and completion
• Ensure each set includes all required shots (exterior, interior, VIN, etc.)
• Use internal software to tag, approve, or flag image sets for reshoots
• Identify issues like blurry or poorly lit photos and provide constructive feedback
• Follow brand guidelines to maintain consistency across listings
• Track performance trends and assist in improving overall quality
• Work closely with your team in a supportive, upbeat environment

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong computer skills and ability to learn new tools quickly
• Familiarity with basic photography principles (lighting, angles, exposure)
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A positive attitude and team-first mindset — this is essential
• Ability to stay focused and productive in a repetitive task environment
• Dependability and punctuality
• Previous experience in photography, image editing, or visual QC is a plus
• Experience with Adobe Lightroom or Photoshop is helpful but not required
