Betstrike is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Engineer to ensure the highest standards of functionality, usability, and reliability across our sportsbook, casino, and platform features. This role involves testing web, mobile, and backend systems to identify bugs, verify new releases, and maintain a seamless player experience in a regulated real-money gaming environment. You will collaborate with developers, product managers, and designers to deliver bug-free updates while prioritizing responsible gaming and compliance.
Key Responsibilities Execute manual test cases for new features, bug fixes, and regressions across sportsbook (odds, bets, live events), casino (slots, table games), payments, and user account functions.
Test on multiple platforms: desktop browsers, iOS/Android apps, and responsive mobile web. Verify integrations with payment providers, odds feeds, RNG systems, and third-party APIs. Perform functional, usability, performance, compatibility, and exploratory testing. Report, track, and verify bugs using tools like Jira, Bugzilla, or TestRail. Validate compliance with responsible gaming features (deposit limits, self-exclusion, reality checks) and jurisdictional regulations. Conduct regression testing before major releases and live deployments. Collaborate on test plan creation, automated test support (if applicable), and release sign-off. Reproduce player-reported issues and assist support teams with investigations. Contribute to improving QA processes and test coverage. Qualifications & Requirements 2+ years of QA testing experience, ideally in online betting, iGaming, casino, or fintech applications.
