Analyze Requirements: Understand business needs, specifications, and solution designs.
Test Design: Create detailed test plans and scenarios.
Defect Documentation: Track and report software defects.
Problem Identification: Analyze and document program-related issues.
Testing Programs Development: Develop tests for areas like databases, regression, bugs, and usability.
Product Design Reviews: Provide input on designs, requirements, and schedules.
Test Documentation: Ensure test procedures are replicable and compliant with standards.
Test Planning: Plan tests based on project timelines and scope.
Historical Analysis: Analyze past test results.
Collaboration with Field Staff/Customers: Work with field staff/customers to diagnose and resolve issues.
Collaboration with Developers/Users: Work with developers/users to find and resolve issues.
