Salary: USD 18–25 per hour
Role & seniority: Full-time technical technician (entry to mid level) focused on calibration/testing and troubleshooting.
Stack/tools: Setup hardware/software for calibration; use digital multimeter; oscilloscope (nice-to-have); soldering tools; create/testing stations and tools; documentation systems.
Set up, calibrate, and test various Arbin IV and AUX modules; document calibration/testing results.
Report issues with detailed problem descriptions and record troubleshooting steps; follow up to resolve.
Assist with tool/device/testing-station creation and execute tasks as directed; identify problems and take initiative to solve.
Basic electrical theory and components; electrical safety awareness.
Proficient in digital multimeter use (voltage, continuity, resistance); strong written and verbal communication.
Organizational skills and thorough record-keeping; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; up to 20% travel.
Experience with an oscilloscope; soldering tools; prior repair-technician background.
Location & work type: On-site, College Station, TX; schedule Mon–Fri 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. with overtime as needed; hourly pay $18–$25; benefits (medical/dental/vision, life, 401K).
The main duty of the full-time position includes setting up, calibration, testing of variety of Arbin main IV and AUX modules, documenting calibration and testing results, precisely report the issue found, and following up with those issues, perform troubleshooting and documenting the troubleshooting steps in the issue reports, work with and trained by the engineers to perform other works.
Major Areas of Responsibility
Set up software and hardware for calibration and testing of different modules Understand the calibration and testing requirements of different IV and AUX modules Perform calibration and testing. Documenting the calibration and testing results, Reporting issues, with details of the problems, and what troubleshooting steps have been performed. Making tools, devices, testing stations for testing needs, Following directions of the supervisors or managers, perform the tasks that are assigned by them, Be able to find the problem, and take initiative to solve the problem, inside and outside of the group, Be open to training and be reassigned to perform work outside of the group.
Required Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities
Understand basic electrical theory, electronic components, Understand electrical safety, Be able to use certain functions of the digital multimeter (voltage, continuity, resistance testing, etc.) Knowledge of using an oscilloscope is a plus Experience with soldering tools Good verbal and written communication are a must Organization and good record keeping skills Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Ability to travel up to 20% of the time.
Education And Experience
Associate degree in Physics, Electronics Technology, or similar fields; High school diploma is accepted with 1-3 years of documented previous experience as a repair technician

Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. with overtime on an as needed basis
