Who you are

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline. 5+ years of experience in the technology domain with 3+ years focused specifically on software testing. At least 2+ years of hands-on test automation experience, with demonstrable history of implementing automated integration and end-to-end tests. Experience working with generative AI tools in a professional or open-source setting is highly valued, acknowledging that this expertise may be more recent.
• Proficiency in TypeScript is essential; familiarity with Python is an advantage. Expertise in browser automation tools such as Playwright and Puppeteer, along with Maestro for React Native automation. Solid understanding of test design patterns and frameworks for integration and end-to-end testing. Hands-on experience with web and mobile application testing, API testing, and system performance testing. Working knowledge of open-source solutions for creating functional, regression, and automation tests. Familiarity with cloud service-oriented platforms and exposure to CI/CD tools (e.g., Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions) is beneficial.
• Hands-on experience using AI coding assistants and large language models for test case generation, code analysis, and defect prediction. Comfortable analysing large datasets and interpreting AI recommendations to improve quality metrics. Be prepared to demonstrate how you use AI tools during the interview process.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, critical thinking, and outstanding communication skills—both written and verbal. Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and mentor colleagues on AI-powered QA techniques. Self-driven with excellent stakeholder management skills. Passion for staying at the forefront of AI-driven testing trends with a commitment to continuous learning. Energy, drive, and enthusiasm to operate in a fast-paced digital environment.
