About The Role
Tort Experts is building an AI-first operating model. We are looking for a Jr. AI Automation Engineer who can design, build, and maintain agentic workflows that automate real business processes across Marketing, Lead Operations, Client Services, Finance, and QA.
This role is highly hands-on. You will turn manual workflows into AI-powered systems using tools like n8n, ChatGPT, Gemini, Python, and Google Cloud, with a direct impact on speed, accuracy, and gross profit.
What You'll Do
Build and maintain AI-driven workflows using n8n or similar and custom Python logic
Qualifications
2+ years experience building automation or workflow systems Strong experience with n8n, Zapier, Make, or similar tools Hands-on experience with LLMs (ChatGPT, Gemini, or similar) Solid Python skills for scripting, APIs, JSON and data handling Experience working in cloud environments (Google Cloud preferred) Ability to translate business processes into technical workflows Strong problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
