About the Role We are looking for a Senior QA / Automation Engineer to lead quality efforts across our web applications. You will own test strategy, drive automation initiatives, and work closely with product and engineering teams to ensure we deliver reliable, scalable, and high-quality software.

What You'll Do Own and define QA strategy, test plans, and test cases based on product and technical requirements Lead manual and automated testing across functional, regression, UI/UX, performance, and security domains Design, develop, and maintain scalable automated test frameworks for web applications Drive API testing and validation using tools such as Postman and Swagger Execute and analyze performance and load tests, identifying bottlenecks and risks Identify, document, prioritize, and track defects; verify fixes and validate releases Participate in architecture and design discussions from a quality perspective Continuously improve QA processes, tools, and quality metrics

What You Bring 5+ years of experience in software QA, with strong focus on automation for web applications Deep understanding of SDLC, STLC, and QA best practices Strong experience in API testing (Postman, Swagger, RESTful services) Hands-on experience with modern test automation frameworks (Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, or similar) Experience with performance and load testing tools Strong knowledge of bug-tracking and test management tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail) Ability to design test strategies for complex, distributed systems Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines Experience testing cloud-based / AWS applications

Nice to Have Knowledge of security testing concepts and tools
