Role & seniority: Senior SAP QA/Test Manager (10–15 years total; ~6–7 years SAP programs; 4+ years SAP Test Management)
Stack/tools: SAP S/4 HANA programs; test automation (WorkSoft, TOSCA); test management tools (Micro Focus ALM, ADO, QTEST, JIRA)
Manage and engineer quality for S/4 HANA implementation, upgrade, or conversion programs
Design/implement test strategies for large SAP programs; create test plans and procedures
Coordinate testing across multiple cycles and drive end-to-end integration testing
Self-driven with accountability for program quality; strong ownership
Proficiency in test planning, coordinating, and end-user testing
