Lead QA activities for complex CI/Nightly environments (multi-node, 4G/5G setups).
Deep debugging and failure analysis across distributed Linux systems (log correlation, packet tracing, resource monitoring).
Design/build/maintain end-to-end lab setups; investigate/resolved integration and stability issues; mentor QA engineers.
6+ years QA/integration/system validation in telecom/networking (Routing/Switching) domains.
Expert Linux skills (services, networking, log analysis, performance monitoring, shell scripting).
Proven debugging/stabilization of multi-component network systems.
Experience with CI/CD tools; strong log/pipeline understanding.

Parallel Wireless is seeking an experienced and hands-on Technical Lead QA Engineer with a deep understanding of telecommunication or networking systems (4G/5G or Routing/Switching) and strong expertise in Linux-based debugging and system integration. The ideal candidate will lead QA efforts for complex multi-component environments, ensuring stability, reliability, and fast recovery in CI and Nightly setups. This position focuses on practical problem solving, system-level analysis, and cross-team collaboration to ensure smooth operation and high quality of network software releases.
The role is based at our Kfar Saba site (hybrid) and requires traveling to our northern site in Tzemach, near the Kinneret, at least once a week. \n
Optional: assist with minor scripting (Python/Bash) for log analysis, setup verification, or test monitoring.
