Develop test specifications, methods, and procedures based on technical drawings, standard work, and diagrams Prepare concise technical reports that summarize findings and recommend solutions to complex issues Calibrate, maintain, and continuously improve test equipment to ensure optimal performance Lead small groups of test technicians within your functional area, fostering collaboration and excellence Maintain all required certifications to support compliance and operational readiness Recommend and implement 6S improvements to enhance safety, efficiency, and workspace organization
