Role & seniority: Production Test Technician, mid-level on-site role reporting to Operations Manager (Woburn, MA).
Stack/tools: RF/microwave production testing; calibration and testing of RF/DC circuits, components, and assemblies; use of specialized test equipment; adherence to CAES 6S framework.
Determine compliance to test specifications using drawings, standard work, and diagrams.

You will report directly to our Operations Manager, and you’ll work out of our Woburn, MA location on an On-site, work schedule. As a Production Test Technician, you’ll perform operational testing on a variety of moderately complex RF and microwave production components of varying complexity. This can be tasks including but not limited to: set-up, calibration, and testing and troubleshooting of instruments, RF and DC circuits, assemblies, components, and other systems and equipment. In the Production Test Technician role, you’ll be critical to the successful production and technical support for our Engineering and other teams in ensuring our products achieve their intended functions and delivery schedule in a satisfactory manner to all of our customers. You’ll use your skills to work on Low to Medium Complexity Hardware, under general supervision. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Determines compliance to test specifications, using methods and procedures from drawings, standard work and diagrams. May assist in the selection and set-up of specialized test equipment. May provide guidance to entry level production test technicians and support workers in the execution of production testing tasks. Measure medium complexity hardware. Maintain required certifications. Strengthen knowledge of CAES 6S framework and actively participate in 6S initiatives.
