Job Description We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive QA Analyst to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of our products by identifying issues early, validating solutions, and helping deliver a seamless experience to our users. You will work closely with developers, product managers, and other cross-functional teams to ensure that features and fixes meet high-quality standards before reaching production. Your Responsibilities · Design, execute, and maintain manual test cases, test plans, and test scenarios based on product requirements · Perform functional, regression, smoke, and exploratory testing across web and mobile platforms · Identify, document, and track bugs clearly and accurately, working closely with development teams to ensure timely resolution · Validate fixes and ensure issues are properly resolved before release · Collaborate with Product, Engineering, UX, and other stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle · Ensure quality standards are met in all stages of development, from early testing to production releases · Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes, tools, and best practices · Support release cycles by ensuring features are stable, compliant, and production-ready What We Are Looking For · Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience) · +3 years of experience as a QA Analyst or Software Tester, preferably in digital products · Strong attention to detail with a structured and analytical approach to problem-solving · Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments · Ability to clearly communicate issues and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams · A pragmatic, task-oriented, and quality-focused mindset · Experience in iGaming or highly regulated industries is a plus, but not mandatory What's in it for YOU? · Excellent work environment · Attractive salary package · Options to enroll in Company's medical insurance plan · Exciting company activities including monthly lunches, monthly corporate gatherings, an intercompany football team, competitions, daily snacks and many other activities. · Casual Dress Code · A chance to advance professionally inside one of the world's largest iGaming organizations What it's like to work at SkillOnNet!
