What you'll do: Design, develop, and execute automated test suites for wireless networking products, focusing on 802.11 standards (a/b/g/n/ac/ax/be). Validate wireless performance, stability, roaming, throughput, and interoperability across a variety of testbeds. Use tools such as IxChariot, Veriwave, and Candela to perform performance benchmarking, traffic generation, and protocol validation. Develop and maintain automation scripts using Python, with a strong emphasis on: Pytest framework for structured test development REST API automation for backend and device-level validation Paramiko for SSH-based automation and remote device control Collaborate with development, firmware, and product teams to identify defects, analyze root causes, and drive resolutions. Create detailed test plans, test cases, and documentation for new features and regression cycles. What you need to bring: Education and Experience Required Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information systems, or equivalent. Typically 6-8 years of experience. Experience automating REST APIs and using Paramiko for SSH-based interactions. Strong analytical, debugging, and problemsolving skills. Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate technical findings clearly. Preferred Qualifications CWNP certifications (CWNA, CWAP, CWSP, or similar) strongly preferred.
