Roles & Responsibilities: Test Automation

Design and architect enterprise-wide test automation frameworks that enable continuous testing across multiple platforms and technologies. Develop and maintain robust, scalable and reusable automation scripts for functional and regression testing Apply Agile, DevOps and shift-left testing practices to identify defects early in the development lifecycle. Participate in sprint planning, reviews and retrospectives to continuously improve quality processes. Communicate testing status, risks and outcomes clearly to stakeholders across technical and business teams. Collaborate with development and product teams to understand requirements and define effective test strategies. Utilize test automation frameworks including Selenium, Playwright, UFT or Ranorex. Implement and maintain CI/CD integrations for automated test execution using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps. Maintain proficiency with version control systems, particularly Git and branching strategies. Apply strong knowledge of API testing tools like Rest Assured and Postman. Establish and enforce best practices for test automation, including shift-left quality approaches. Integrate test automation into CI/CD pipelines with comprehensive reporting and analytics dashboards. Troubleshoot automation issues, perform root cause analysis, and ensure timely resolution. Roles & Responsibilities: ETL/Big Data/Hadoop Design and implement test strategies for ETL processes, Big Data pipelines and Hadoop-based systems. Create detailed test plans, test cases and documentation for ETL and Big Data testing processes. Validate data extraction, transformation and loading (ETL) workflows to ensure accuracy, completeness, and integrity of data. Develop and maintain automated test scripts for data validation, transformation logic, and end-to-end data flow. Perform functional, regression and performance testing for large-scale data processing systems. Collaborate with data engineers, developers, and business analysts to understand data requirements and transformation rules. Utilize Big Data technologies such as Hadoop, Hive, Spark, Pig and HDFS for testing and validation. Work with ETL tools like Informatica, Talend, DataStage or similar platforms for test automation and validation. Validate data pipelines integrated with streaming platforms like Kafka.
