Role & seniority: Process Engineer (semiconductor/manufacturing quality focus); requires 3+ years of relevant experience; candidate-level likely mid-to-senior.
Stack/tools: SPC and quality improvement methodologies; JMP statistical software; Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
Apply SPC and drive quality improvements in semiconductor manufacturing or supplier processes.
Analyze complex data to identify root causes and develop innovative, data-driven solutions.
Guide, train, and develop cross-functional teams; communicate findings to stakeholders and support independent decision-making.
Master’s degree or higher in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science, or related field.
3+ years in semiconductor manufacturing or semiconductor supplier process roles.
Proven SPC experience and quality-improvement track record.
Strong analytical/problem-solving abilities; data interpretation and solution development.
Effective communication and leadership skills; ability to train/develop teams.
Independent work capability and sound judgment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and JMP.
Six Sigma/Lean or similar quality-certification experience.

Qualifications
Master’s degree or above in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science, or related field Minimum 3 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing or semiconductor supplier process-related roles. Proven experience on SPC and quality improvement methodologies. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to interpret complex data and develop innovative solutions.
