Role & seniority: Process Engineer (semiconductor/manufacturing quality focus); requires 3+ years of relevant experience; candidate-level likely mid-to-senior.

Apply SPC and drive quality improvements in semiconductor manufacturing or supplier processes.
Analyze complex data to identify root causes and develop innovative, data-driven solutions.
Guide, train, and develop cross-functional teams; communicate findings to stakeholders and support independent decision-making.
Master’s degree or higher in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science, or related field.

Proven SPC experience and quality-improvement track record.

Qualifications
Master’s degree or above in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science, or related field Minimum 3 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing or semiconductor supplier process-related roles. Proven experience on SPC and quality improvement methodologies. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to interpret complex data and develop innovative solutions. Well communication and leadership skills; ability to guide, train, and develop teams. Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment based on multiple sources of information. Proficiency in Microsoft tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and JMP statistical analysis software.
