Job Details
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated RF Test Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in RF Design, Production Testing, Compliance, Antennas, EMI Test, Emissions, Documentation, and RF Systems. This is a permanent position that offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology in the Engineering industry.
Responsibilities
Design, develop, and execute RF testing procedures for our products to ensure they meet the highest quality standards and comply with all relevant regulations. Collaborate with the design and production teams to identify potential issues and implement solutions in the product development phase. Utilize your expertise in RF Systems and Antennas to enhance the performance and efficiency of our products. Conduct EMI and Emissions tests and analyze the results to ensure product compliance. Create comprehensive and detailed documentation of all testing procedures, results, and recommended improvements. Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and regulations related to RF testing. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the testing phase. Work closely with the compliance team to ensure all products meet regulatory requirements. Provide technical support and guidance to junior team members and other departments as needed.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field. A minimum of 3 years of experience in RF testing or a similar role. In-depth knowledge of RF Design, Production Testing, Compliance, Antennas, EMI Test, Emissions, Documentation, and RF Systems. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex RF issues. Excellent documentation skills with the ability to create clear and detailed test reports. Familiarity with the latest industry regulations and standards related to RF testing. Strong team player with excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality. Proven track record of successfully completing projects from the testing phase through to production. Proficient in the use of RF testing equipment and software.
