Devire IT Outsourcing is a form of collaboration dedicated to IT professionals, based on the principles of self-employment – B2B – and implementing projects for leading clients pursuing innovative and cutting-edge projects.
For our Client in the banking industry, we’re looking for an experienced QA Engineer to join the team in Warsaw.
Location: Warsaw, hybrid work (3 days per week in the office)
Salary: 90-125 PLN net +VAT/h; B2B
Requirements Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Quality Assurance or a similar role. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Banking, Finance, or IT. Proven experience of at least 1 year with QuickTest Professional (QTP)/OpenText UFT. Strong knowledge of relational databases and SQL querying. Test-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement. Strong problem-solving skills. Knowledge of Structured Finance and Loan IQ software is a plus. Familiarity with Agile methodology and team collaboration principles. Customer service-oriented attitude. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work with colleagues from diverse professional and cultural backgrounds. Fluency in English; knowledge of Polish or French is a plus.
Responsibilities Maintain existing QuickTest Professional (QTP)/OpenText UFT automation scripts for non-regression testing of the Loan IQ application. Identify and implement improvements, including bug fixes and performance enhancements. Create new and maintain existing automation scripts. Maintain and improve test documentation. Execute non-regression test campaigns. Collaborate effectively between feature teams.
Provide Level 2 production support, following the principle: “You build it, you run it.” Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives as part of the Business Analyst & Test Chapter.
