We are seeking a Senior QA Engineer to lead and advance our test automation initiatives, focusing on JavaScript, Cypress, API testing, and Agile collaboration. This role drives the quality engine of our software, partnering with product and engineering to deliver reliable, scalable, and high-performance solutions in a fast-paced environment. You will own the architecture and evolution of our automation strategy, build scalable frameworks, and mentor a growing team of QA engineers and testers to raise the bar for quality across the organization. ## Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, and maintenance of scalable test automation frameworks for API and integration tests, delivering measurable coverage growth each quarter. Develop and maintain comprehensive API test suites (REST and GraphQL) including contract tests, schema validation, and negative scenarios, with automated reports to stakeholders. Collaborate with product and engineering teams in Agile environments to translate acceptance criteria into automated test cases and define quality gates for each sprint. Mentor and coach QA and development teammates on automation best practices, code quality, and testability to raise overall test maturity. Implement continuous quality improvement initiatives by analyzing defect trends, performing root cause analysis, and driving process changes to reduce production incidents. Enhance CI/CD pipelines to run parallel automated tests across multiple environments, accelerating feedback loops and reducing mean time to detection. Lead API performance and reliability testing, including load and soak tests, with dashboards and alerting integrated into monitoring platforms. Show more Show less
