As a Senior Test Automation, you will

Lead and manage end-to-end testing activities across the test lifecycle, including planning, preparation, execution, and closure.
Drive and coordinate testing efforts during BAT (Business Acceptance Testing) and SIT (System Integration Testing) phases.
Manage testing activities for multiple parallel initiatives within large-scale, complex programs.
Design, implement, and execute automated and manual test strategies aligned with project goals.
Oversee defect identification, logging, tracking, prioritization, and resolution using defect management tools.
Ensure alignment of testing activities with Agile and/or Waterfall delivery methodologies.
Provide clear communication on test progress, risks, quality metrics, and release readiness to stakeholders.

What You Bring to the Table

8–10 years of hands-on experience in software testing and quality assurance within complex delivery environments.
Strong expertise in testing methodologies, test lifecycle management, and quality assurance best practices.
Extensive experience in BAT and SIT testing phases.
Proven track record of managing testing across multiple concurrent initiatives.
Solid experience with test automation and automation testing practices.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure environments and digital delivery platforms.
