Full Description

The Senior Software QA Automation Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products through the development and execution of automated test scripts.
This role involves working closely with development and QA teams to create a seamless and efficient testing process
The successful candidate will bring a high level of expertise in automation testing to drive improvements in our QA practices and mentor junior team members.

Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium and Java.
Create and execute automated regression tests, functional tests, and performance tests.
Collaborate with development and QA teams to identify and prioritize test cases for automation. 4. Integrate automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline to ensure continuous testing and delivery.
Analyze test results, identify issues, and work with development teams to resolve defects.
Mentor and guide junior QA engineers in automation best practices and strategies.
Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure high-quality code standards.
Continuously improve and update testing frameworks and tools to enhance testing efficiency.
Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging technologies in QA automation.

Skills

Proficiency in Selenium and Java Core.
Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar.
Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and QA methodologies.

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience as a QA Automation Engineer, with at least 3 years in automation testing.
