What does a Digital QA do at Hogarth?
Ensure that all digital assets delivered to clients meet the highest quality standards in terms of structure, content, technical specifications, and spelling, in order to efficiently and accurately fulfill client requirements.
Perform testing and quality assurance processes on received digital files. Ensure that all deliverables comply with the technical requirements outlined in the brief. Contribute to efficiency throughout the production process. Review and validate spelling, grammar, wording, and overall text quality. Verify correct usage and performance of color profiles. Identify product issues using error-tracking systems. Create and maintain databases of known product defects and analyze recurring issues to prevent future errors. Review product specifications to anticipate potential issues or risks. Advise the design team on best practices to minimize potential problems. Continuously improve testing and quality assurance strategies. Ensure final assets are fully optimized prior to client delivery. Confirm that design criteria align with client requirements and expectations.
Degree in Design or related fields. Proven experience in design. Experience in quality control or quality assurance processes. Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
