We are seeking an enthusiastic engineer to join our IP test and validation team. This role will focus on design review, development of test plans, testing, silicon data analysis and design debug.
IP and test requirements review with design engineers Develop test plans and testchip documentation Test program development Foundry engagement on early silicon Design of Experiments (DOE) Apply semiconductor domain knowledge and testing concepts to support analysis and decision-making. Utilize Python scripting to automate data extraction, transformation, and reporting tasks. Design and implement analytics solutions for root cause analysis using statistical and data-driven methodologies
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering. 2+ years of experience as a semiconductor product engineer, test engineer, or in process integration. Solid understanding of statistical analysis and root cause methodologies Familiar with working in both Windows and Unix/Linux operating systems Basic proficiency in Python for data manipulation and automation. Strong verbal and written communications skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Knowledge of digital, analog, mixed-signal and VLSI, device physics is a plus.
