Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Applied Science, Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
Job Responsibilities
Lead continuous improvement activities to improve supplier quality.
Define supplier roadmaps (certification status, zero defects, etc.) and managing the roadmap.
Responsible for supplier audit, perform supplier rating in terms of quality and technical issues.
Ensure compliance with all relevant internal procedures and policies (TTD, QAA, material compliance) and quality system.
Responsible for the quality of incoming materials within processes.
Manage supplier’s claim and follow up 8D report.
Establish SPC and Cpk monitoring at supplier.
Provide supplier assessments on quality to influence supplier selection and qualification for new materials/technology.
Joint ownership with TD team and sourcing team in new materials selection and to define the specification.
Select and qualify 2nd source suppliers with sourcing, technology development and engineering team.
Provide technical support and driving material quality issue with Suppliers.
Education/Experience Requirements
Degree in Engineering. Preferably in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering or Chemical Engineering.
Skills, Abilities & Knowledge
Possess good statistics and materials analyses knowledge.
Knowledge of ISO9001 internal auditor, and certified in IATF16949 or equivalent would be an advantage
Dynamic, resourceful and self-motivated, have strong communications and interpersonal skills, and a team player.
Able to travel 10-20%
