Project Role: Quality Engineering Lead (Test Lead) Project Role Description : Leads a team of quality engineers through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Applies business and functional knowledge to develop end-to-end testing strategies through the use of quality processes and methodologies. Applies testing methodologies, principles and processes to define and implement key metrics to manage and assess the testing process including test execution and defect resolution. Must have skills : Veeva CRM Good to have skills : Veeva Vault Minimum 5 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary: As a Quality Engineering Lead, you will Lead the end-to-end testing strategy and execution for Veeva CRM to Vault CRM migration programs, ensuring quality and compliance across all phases. Roles & Responsibilities: - Define and own the test strategy, plan, and approach for migration projects. - Coordinate functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing across multiple regions. - Manage test deliverables, timelines, and stakeholder communication. - Ensure reuse of existing scripts and implement robust frameworks for validation. - Drive defect management, root cause analysis, and resolution tracking. - Mentor and guide testing teams ensure adherence to life sciences validation standards. - Collaborate with development, integration, and business teams for smooth execution. Professional & Technical Skills: - Veeva CRM or Vault CRM functional knowledge. - Strong experience in Life Sciences domain validation testing. - Expertise in tools like HP ALM, JIRA, Valgenesis, and automation frameworks. - Familiarity with API testing (SOAP UI, Postman) and data migration validation. - Excellent stakeholder management and reporting skills.
