Top 3 responsibilities

Validate electric compressors including inverter during application or core development
Execute tests, evaluate and analyze results, and present validation status to internal and external stakeholders
Prepare test reports and consult test executions with internal development and customers; coordinate on-site activities in Lisbon

Must-have skills

Degree in electrical engineering, mechatronics, mechanical engineering, or equivalent
Structured ability to analyze complex components with thermodynamic/mechatronic background
Knowledge of automotive development processes and Automotive SPICE
Very good command of English

Nice-to-haves

Experience with Automotive SPICE-based projects
Prior collaboration with customers and cross-functional teams in automotive contexts

SWJ Portugal Engineering Solutions is an SWJ company. This is where passion and customer orientation meet for the areas of software, hardware development and testing. Our software, hardware and testing developers mainly develop in the field of embedded systems. In this context, we are supporting our customers according to Automotive SPICE, agile methods and their customer-specific processes and tools.

We are looking for a Software Engineer Testing (all genders).

Your tasks

You will be responsible for the validation of electric compressors including inverter during an application or core development
Execute tests within the framework of development or application projects
Independently, you evaluate and analyze test results
Present the validation status internally and externally
Prepare test reports and present results to internal and external customers
Consultation of test executions in cooperation with the internal development department and the customer
The tasks will be carried on site in Lisbon.

Your skills

Completed studies in electrical engineering, mechatronics or mechanical engineering or similar qualification
Ability to analyze the behavior of complex components in a structured manner with a thermodynamic and mechatronic background
You can demonstrate knowledge of development processes in the automotive industry and Automotive SPICE
We require a very good command of English
