About The Role

We are looking for a partner-minded, entrepreneurial professional to lead and scale our Quality Assurance (QA) services at UXBERT Labs. This role combines business development, service development, and strategic sales, with a strong focus on expanding revenue and establishing our QA offering across new and existing markets.

This is a high-ownership role with a performance-driven incentive structure, suitable for someone motivated by growth, impact, and financial rewards based on results.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Revenue Growth

Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities for QA services
Build a strong pipeline across sectors (government, enterprise, startups, e-commerce, retail, etc.)
Cross-sell QA services to existing UXBERT clients
Prepare proposals, lead pitches, and manage the full sales cycle

Service Offering Development

Develop, refine, and maintain the QA services portfolio and brochure
Work with technical teams to define service bundles, pricing models, and value propositions
Continuously improve sales and marketing materials to support commercial efforts

Commercial Enablement

Support the commercial team with training on QA capabilities and offerings
Join client meetings to showcase service value and close deals
Create internal resources (presentations, brochures, talking points) to empower the sales pipeline

Partnerships & Market Expansion

Build relationships with industry partners, tech vendors, and ecosystem players
Represent the company at events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities to generate leads
Explore and establish early partnerships to enhance service adoption
