Top 3 responsibilities

Perform testing and troubleshooting on substation equipment and power transformers (NETA Level 2/3 capable)

Verify alarms, system protection schemes, and control wiring; document results and prepare customer reports

What challenges can you expect?
You perform testing and troubleshooting on substation apparatus and power transformers equivalent to NETA Level 2 or NETA level 3 testing capability. You support verification of alarms, system protection schemes, and control wiring You follow OEM, utility, and end‑user testing specifications You document test results accurately and prepare customer reports You work safely with industrial equipment, tools, and vehicles You follow all safety and environmental protocols
What do we expect from you?
You bring 3–5 years of experience in electrical testing or field services, ideally with substation or transformer testing You can read and interpret technical drawings and wiring diagrams You demonstrate strong attention to detail and safe work habits You use Microsoft Office and digital reporting tools with confidence You hold a high school diploma or GED You have a valid driver’s license and can pass background and drug testing You are willing to travel up to approx. 80% across the U.S., including weekends and holidays You communicate effectively in English for documentation and safety‑critical tasks
