Title: Software Test Analyst 5

Client: State of MI

Position location: Lansing, MI (Position will be hybrid, in office 2 days a week upon start and there is NO REMOTE ONLY option)-NO relocation from out of state

Mandatory Requirements

5+ years experience designing and executing manual and automated test cases 5+ years experience analyzing requirements, user stories (in Azure DevOps), and acceptance criteria to design effective, reusable test cases (including positive, negative, and boundary testing) Demonstrable experience automating web applications using frameworks such as Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, or similar Understanding of software testing methodologies and quality assurance processes (Quality Assurance, User Acceptance, System Integration, Accessibility, Performance, Regression, Post Deployment Validation, Data Conversion) ADA Compliance testing tools, such as AccVerify, JAWS, etc API testing and tools like Postman, Rest Client, and others Build environments {DEV, UAT, QAT, PRE-PROD} specific test suites with integrated application life cycle management Ability to analyze requirements, user stories (in Azure DevOps), and acceptance criteria to design effective, reusable test cases (including positive, negative, and boundary testing) Experience in identifying, documenting, and tracking bugs clearly and concisely in a tool like Azure DevOps Performance and load testing with tools like JMeter or LoadRunner
