We are seeking a Sr. Advanced Test Engineer to join our test engineering team. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving the success of our test programs by leading a qualification test program, guiding test engineers and technicians, and supporting hardware and software integration activities. You will collaborate closely with the test team and work cross-functionally with other disciplines to resolve technical challenges and ultimately drive new product design from qualification into production. You will report directly to our Engineering Manager and you’ll work out of our Clearwater, FL location. In this role, you will impact the development and deployment of high-performance aerospace systems, ensuring they meet stringent safety and performance standards while enhancing customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
