Project Role: Quality Engineering Architect (Test Arch Project Role Description : Develop end-to-end testing architectures using new and innovative testing products and solutions. Provide technical leadership and strategic direction in quality engineering. Must have skills : SAP ABAP Development for HANA Good to have skills : NA Minimum 5 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary: As a Quality Engineering Architect, you will be responsible for developing comprehensive testing architectures that leverage innovative testing products and solutions. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure the implementation of effective quality engineering practices, providing technical leadership, and guiding strategic direction to enhance the overall quality of software products. You will engage in problem-solving activities and contribute to the continuous improvement of testing methodologies, ensuring that the highest standards of quality are maintained throughout the software development lifecycle. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance skill development. - Evaluate and recommend new testing tools and technologies to improve testing efficiency. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA. - Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and frameworks. - Experience with automated testing tools and continuous integration practices. - Ability to design and implement test strategies that align with business objectives. - Familiarity with performance testing and load testing techniques.
