Role & seniority: Test Engineer (lead delivery role for platform and data services); mid-to-senior level with 3+ years in software QA, including automation.
Stack/tools: Selenium, Cypress, Playwright (automation); API and integration testing; programming/scripting (Java, JavaScript, or similar); CI/CD tools; bug tracking systems; test planning and reporting; experience with non-functional testing (performance, security, usability).
Analyze user stories, requirements, and design docs to define comprehensive test scenarios.
Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases for functional, regression, and integration testing; develop/maintain automation scripts.
Perform API/integration testing; identify, document, track bugs; collaborate with developers/product teams to ensure timely resolution; contribute to QA process improvements and maintain test documentation.
3+ years in engineering/QA, with 2+ in automation; domain knowledge in financial services.
Knowledge of Blockchain/Web3 testing.
Programming/scripting proficiency (Java, JavaScript, etc.).
Familiarity with CI/CD tools and QA methodologies; detail-oriented and analytical.
Financial market infrastructure or capital markets experience.
Additional security/performance/usability testing experience.
Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience).

The role is responsible for planning, designing, executing, and maintaining test activities to ensure product quality across functional and integrated systems. This role involves collaborating closely with developers, business analysts, and other QA team members to identify issues early, improve test coverage, and contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes and automation practices.
