Experience: 4-7+ years of total IT QA experience, with at least 2+ years specifically in Salesforce Quality Assurance. Proven experience testing Salesforce Agent force, Einstein Bots, or AI-driven service tools. Exposure to Agentic AI evaluation using frameworks like LangSmith/Strands etc. Understanding of Salesforce API testing (Postman, SoapUI) and familiarity with Apex/Lightning Web Components for debugging. Hands on automation experience with Python or JavaScript preferably on Salesforce platforms.
Methodologies: Strong experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
Tools: Proficiency with JIRA, TestRail, and Salesforce-specific testing tools
