Job Title: Board Level Test Engineer - Graveyard Shift

Location: Santa Clara, CA

Shift: Graveyard Shift (9:00 PM PST to 5:00 AM PST)

Key Responsibilities

• Perform first-level hardware triage and troubleshooting for server platforms.
• Design and implement diagnostic tools and scripts for early hardware validation and fault isolation.
• Identify and resolve setup issues and test failures using structured troubleshooting methodologies.
• Develop and maintain test automation using Shell and Python scripting.
• Work with motherboards and GPU platforms in lab environments.
• Work with systems connected by various networking protcols, including Ethernet, NVLink and Infiniband
• Operate in Windows and Linux operating systems for test and debug tasks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support diagnostics, validation, and smooth product transitions in the NPI cycle.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• BS Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Strong scripting skills in Python and Shell.
• Familiarity with Windows and Linux OS environments.

Working knowledge of hardware protocols: Ethernet, Infiniband, PCIe, USB, HDMI, I2C, SPI. Experience with CPUs and GPUs. Proficient in using test equipment for diagnostics and validation. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
