Job Description
Design and develop automated test cases and tests for embedded software using Python. Collaborate with software development teams to define testing strategies and ensure robust software quality. Execute and maintain automated tests to ensure continuous integration and continuous deployment. Analyze test results, diagnose issues, and report defects to the development team. Ensure traceability between requirements and automated tests. Contribute to the enhancement of test automation infrastructure and tools. Write and maintain comprehensive documentation for test cases, test scripts, and test results. Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on testability and quality. Operate according to Agile principles and participate actively in Agile ceremonies.
Qualifications
University education in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. At least 3 years of experience in embedded software testing and test automation. Strong proficiency in Python programming language. Experience with embedded systems. Knowledge of software development lifecycle and testing methodologies. Familiarity with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Fluent English language skills (verbal and written). Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
