Must-have skills

Engineering degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) and strong experience in Quality, Manufacturing, Shop Operations, Materials, or Sourcing.

As Lead Sourcing Supplier Quality Engineer you will drive quality for assigned suppliers, including quality plan implementation. You will support to select suppliers through qualification processes, own supplier results, drive improvements utilizing supplier scorecards, own supplier audits, ensure compliance, and drive improvement plans where needed and provide the coaching to less experienced colleagues if needed

Essential Responsibilities
Lead supplier qualifications, action plans, audits, performance monitoring, and assisting key suppliers towards industrial standards of excellence Track metrics & works quality improvement plans to address problem areas Review and approve quality plans, investigate quality escapes to provide root cause analysis and ensure effective corrective actions are taken Mentor suppliers in the application of quality tools & requirements Ensure compliance, and drive improvement plans where needed Review documentation and witness supplier practices to determine if sound manufacturing and inspection principles are in place Participate to Weekly review and Monthly operative review when it is needed
Qualifications/Requirements
Engineering Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited university or college Strong experience in Quality, Manufacturing, Shop Operations, Materials or Sourcing Fluent in English Work Visa, in accordance with local regulation, is required
