Role & seniority: Mid-level Software QA & Testing Engineer
Stack/tools: Software QA methodologies and processes; automated testing tools; manual testing; performance testing
Design, develop, and implement test plans and testing methods
Execute test plans/scripts; identify, document, and help resolve defects
Collaborate with cross-functional teams; create clear test documentation; implement automated testing where applicable
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
2–5 years of software QA/testing experience
Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes
Experience with automated testing tools; hands-on manual testing
Experience with automation and performance testing
Excellent problem-solving, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple tasks
Strong written and verbal communication
Familiarity with Agile frameworks and regression testing
Additional automation scripting or CI/CD exposure

Test Planning: Design, develop, and implement testing methods and equipment.
