About the Role We are looking for a motivated Quality Assurance Engineer (QAE) to join our distributed team across the Americas. You will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our existing product while working directly with support, product lead and clients to understand issues, provide release confidence, and maintain high standards for product delivery. This role requires someone who is a quick learner, independent, and comfortable in a fully remote environment. What You’ll Do Test and validate features of our existing product to ensure high‑quality delivery Analyze user stories and requirements to create clear, actionable test cases Execute test plans across functional, regression, and edge‑case scenarios Identify, document, and track defects, working closely with developers to ensure resolution Communicate directly with support, product lead, and clients to understand reported issues and provide timely updates Provide release confidence and validation reports to product leads Collaborate with remote team members across multiple time zones Identify tests and workflows that would benefit from automation and provide input to the automation team Contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes, documentation, and best practices What We’re Looking For Proven experience in software testing, QA, or a related role Strong experience with Postman, Jira, AIO, or equivalent test management tools Ability to create effective test cases from user stories and requirements Ability to identify tests that would benefit from automation Quick learner with the ability to work independently and take ownership of product quality Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail Excellent verbal and written communication skills Comfortable working in a fully remote, distributed team environment Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and deadlines Located in North, Central, or South America Nice to Have Basic understanding of how to trigger automated tests via CI/CD pipelines Experience working in SaaS, B2B, or customer‑facing products Familiarity with automated testing frameworks or scripting Understanding of release management and deployment processes Minimum Education Requirement Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
