Project Role: Test Automation Lead Project Role Description : Lead the transformation of testing into a continuous and efficient end-to-end quality engineering function through the use of quality processes, tools, and methodologies significantly improving control, accuracy and integrity. Evolve more predictive and intelligent testing approaches based on automation and innovative testing products and solutions. Must have skills : Oracle Siebel Enterprise Integration Management (EIM) Good to have skills : NA Minimum 3 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary: As a Test Automation Lead, you will be at the forefront of transforming the testing landscape into a seamless and efficient quality engineering function. Your typical day will involve leading initiatives that enhance quality processes and methodologies, ensuring that testing is not only thorough but also predictive and intelligent. You will collaborate with various teams to implement innovative testing solutions, driving improvements in control, accuracy, and integrity throughout the testing lifecycle. Your role will require you to stay updated with the latest trends in automation and quality assurance, enabling you to guide your team effectively in adopting best practices and tools that elevate the overall quality of deliverables. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Develop and implement strategies for continuous improvement in testing processes. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Siebel Enterprise Integration Management (EIM). - Strong understanding of test automation frameworks and tools. - Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment methodologies. - Familiarity with performance testing and load testing tools. - Ability to analyze and interpret complex testing data to drive decision-making.
