About The Role
The Quality Assurance Analyst at Integra Partners plays a vital role in monitoring and documenting production quality to support departmental goals and initiatives. This position involves evaluating both verbal and written customer contacts, including calls, emails, and claims, to ensure accuracy and adherence to quality standards. The Analyst actively participates in designing quality monitoring formats and standards, ensuring fair and consistent reviews. By analyzing quality data, providing constructive coaching, and facilitating discussions, the Analyst helps drive continuous improvement in service delivery. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with team members and management. The Quality Assurance Analyst will also serve as a subject matter expert on policies and procedures, contributing to the development of best practices and quality standards. Over time, the Analyst will develop leadership capabilities, assist in training new team members, and support the overall enhancement of the quality assurance program.
Qualifications
Minimum of 1 year of experience performing Quality Assurance in a call center or production-oriented service environment (or equivalent education and experience) Proficient understanding of QA methodologies and quality monitoring practices Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify root causes and propose solutions Excellent communication skills, including listening, interpersonal, verbal, written, spelling, and grammar Ability to coach and motivate employees tactfully to optimize performance Leadership potential and strong interpersonal skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to regulatory standards Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for reporting and presentations Flexible, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple priorities Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team Healthcare experience preferred Fluent in Spanish and English preferred Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent experience
