Perform end-to-end testing across system components
Analyze logs and investigate issues to support bug resolution
Design and execute test scenarios and test plans
Collaborate closely with R&D and product teams to ensure high-quality deliveries
1–2 years of experience in software QA or quality analysis
Solid understanding of QA methodologies and testing processes
Experience with CRM or complex systems – advantage
Strong analytical skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
Excellent English communication skills.
