Description: A Manual QA Tester is responsible for validating software quality by executing test cases, identifying defects, documenting findings, and ensuring that applications meet functional requirements. They collaborate with developers and BAs to ensure that issues are resolved, and the final product delivers a consistent and error‑free user experience.
