Full Description

We are looking for passionate Test Development Engineers to design and implement In Circuit and Functional Test solutions, create test programs (SPEA ICT/ C#, VB), analyze data, and support continuous improvement in production quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement In-Circuit Test (ICT) and Functional Test solutions for electronic assemblies. Prepare detailed test specifications, test concepts, and documentation based on product and customer requirement. Develop test programs using platforms such as SPEA ICT systems. Develop customizable software solutions. Analyze test data to identify trends, root causes of failures, and opportunities for improvement. Support production teams in troubleshooting and resolving test-related issues. Continuously improving test processes to enhance efficiency, reliability, and product quality Ensure timely and successful completion of test projects. Ensure compliance with industry standards and internal quality procedures.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering is a must. Strong understanding of electronic circuits, schematics Interpretation, and troubleshooting techniques. Proficiency in programming languages such as C/C++/C#, Python, Visual Basic. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and teamwork abilities. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
